Locum Dentist- You must be GDC registered, and in most cases (unless a private only locum post), you will need an active NHS/pct Performer Number and preferably 2 years UK experience. You will need a current DBS, Professional Indemnity and Hep B cover status and be able to provide 2 references ( one has to be an up to date / most recent professional reference and the other reference must be from someone who has known you personally more than 3 years.
Locum hygienist -You must be GDC registered, you will need preferably 2 years UK experience. Locum Dental Nurse - You will need to be GDC registered with at least 1 years UK experience. You will need a current DBS, Professional Indemnity, Hep B cover status and be able to provide 2 references ( one has to be an up to date / most recent professional reference and the other reference must be from someone who has known you personally more than 3 years
